Everything was great, the staff was nice and the location is great too. Sólo hay una cosa. He estado en otros lugares como en México y el personal está a las seis de la mañana limpiando levantando basura. En este hotel eran las 7 de la mañana y todavía no veía que recogían la basura si estaban barriendo unas áreas pero quizá necesitaban más personas limpiando alrededor. Pienso que es una buena práctica, los clientes se sienten satisfechos que el lugar está limpio. Había basura en la playa a esa hora y alrededor del restaurant que hace que un lugar se vea desordenado y sucio. Habían empleados que estaban cerca de la basura, y no la recogían. Todo lo demás estuvo bien.

Las instalaciones externas

Las habitaciones estaban invadidas por lagartijas en el interior. Llevaba niñas y estaban asustadas. A raíz de esto, tuve a dos personas adultas con crisis nerviosas. No dormimos prácticamente nada en toda la noche. Al día siguiente, nos ofrecieron hacer check out tardío, el cual accedimos a tomar, dado que estábamos desveladas.
