The price was very cheap. They allowed us a late checkout which was fantastic.

It was difficult to get in to begin with. Was given a contact number to a security guard and he said nah nothing to do with me. There was no milk or anything for coffee. One of the bedrooms was really smelly unfortunately

The location is fantastic. We were granted an 11am check out, but we were gone by 9 as it wasn't comfortable for us.

The beds were the worst we'd ever slept in. The sofa bed is also diabolical. It's pretty dirty. Lots of hair and built up yuk in corners, we were left 2 tea bags. There's no human to talk to, it's all done through texts. There's no smart TV so the children were bored and would of been nice to chill out with a movie. Sofa has seen better days.

Couldn’t even get into the property paid for it then asked for a bond and then that release check details no details came paid for the bond once again still no details then message saying I want a refund finally they got in touch by then already found another accommodation

Great location

Some of the furniture and cupboard doors were broken. Coffee and tea was not replenished as advertised. There was ice-cream in the freezer ...not ours !
