Location is great

Apartment was extremely tired with loads of broken furniture. No wifi router, no iron on my enough hot water for 2 males to have a quick shower which was hopeless for 4 people. Very poor accomodation for the price

Excellent location on the wharf,handy to parking and attractions.

Could have been cleaner,would've looked great with a window wash.

It was dirty, Room 21 had flipping Crack in the bedside draw also those were broken,the shower went cold after 15mins the deck was filthy like it hadn't been scrubbed in weeks

Instructions were clear. Staff were accommodating and easily contactable.

This host describes his apartment as ocean view. It is not. You can, however, get a tiny glimpse of water if you look through the carpark entrance from the balcony only. The host also advertises a nice coffee machine, yet fails to provide any coffee, milk or hot chocolate. OK for long stays as this will give you time to get to a supermarket, which is also a great place to buy toilet paper so you don't run out in the middle of the night! We were only provided the leftovers of one roll. Clearly not enough for a three day stay! While at the supermarket I'd highly recommend purchasing a new oven tray as the two provided still had the leftover greasy chicken from someone else's previous stay basking away in this apartment that has more stains on the curtains than a Las Vegas brothel. All in all, I was doing my best to enjoy myself at this run down ocean view apartment with no view, until Sunday night at 9:28pm when I received two phone calls and five messages from the host requesting i meet him on level four . I may have woken up on the wrong side of the bed, and needless to say, I never found out the reason for these supposedly urgent requests. I would like to give credit to the host though, he returned my bond in full, and I only had to request it several times!! Much appreciated.

Plenty of parking (wilsons) right outside the door when we arrived. Check in was easy, very clear instructions. Good sized space for our family.

I am still waiting on my full refund from this property, this property didnt offer me a key upon check in.. They asked me to leave my partner in the room so she can open the door from inside.. We couldnt leave to go to get food and when we did. It took 4 hours to get back inside. No communications. Nothing! After i tried to resolve it through booking. Jessica tells booking she will sort it with me she tells me she will fully refund me for the inconvenience.. and then she just sends $100 back. Dont book with this property. Comms and house is so average. Parking is expensive.
