Tuggle's Gap Roadside Inn - Blue Ridge Parkway

This hotel is given an "Exceptional" rating. However, it is run-down, and service check-in is to use a passcode. Rooms are small and behind the times, but not made up for by being charming. I was the only guest, which may be saying something. Breakfast (included) was good.

It's not fancy, but it is very clean and comfortable. Nick is very helpful and interested in providing what you need. The view is spectacular. I loved the number of outlets in the room. I use a cpap. There were options both sides of the bed to set that up. You also have numerous places to charge you electronics. The Blue Ridge Parkway is easily accessable. Along the Parkway there are awe inspiring views, sites dedicated to the history and culture of the area, walks and hikes for most skill levels. The town of Floyd is nearby where you can experience traditional music. Tuggles Gap Roadside Inn is perfectly positioned to give you access to many interesting experiences. We will be back and look forward to our next stay.

Good breakfast and compy bed. Location out of town and restaurant for dinner was not open as advertised when we booked. Expensive for what we got

An older place with lovely remodels. A little more down home than a hotel. Nice and private when we were there.

Very clean and cute inn. Our room was spotless. Easy check-in. I loved that they accommodate pets. Right next to the scenic parkway. Highly recommend!
