DEThe hotel arranged airport transportation via WhatsApp. After waiting 45 minutes, we were picked up and first taken to a remote area with no obvious reason. By chance, a police officer approached us and asked what we were doing there. Only afterwards were we taken to the wrong hotel. As it was already 00:30 in the middle of the night, I had no realistic alternative and was forced to stay at the hotel where the driver had taken us. I ended up paying almost twice the price of my original booking. The entire situation was confusing, suspicious, and very unprofessional. As a guest, I felt misled and unsafe. This experience left a very negative impression and seriously affected my trust in the service provided. I strongly recommend that future guests do not use the airport transfer service offered by this hotel.

On arrival at 3am one our rooms was not ready. This was surprising as check in was available from 2pm and I had notified staff we would be arriving in the early hours - 13 hours after check in was open.
