Wir haben falsches Zimmer bekommen mussten am selben Tag raus aus dem Zimmer wir haben eine Nacht geschlafen waren draußen das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt für die 4 Tage es wurde nicht befüllt mit Wasser Kaffee und Becher auf die Frage nach dem Shuttlebus war die Antwort was ist das? Als wir Suppe haben wollten war die Antwort leider wie die Antwort darauf was heisst wie Samstag früh 23.5.26 gab es kein Frühstück wurde wenig bestellt mussten warten bis was kommt kein sauberer freie Tisch nach Tee Salz und Messer mussten wir fragen ob wir es haben können? Nie wieder dieses Hotel Personal unfreundlich Handy in der Hand kein Lächeln die Putzfrau schmeisst Müll aus dem Zimmer ohne zu kucken und es trifft genau meinen Mann so etwas habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie erlebt empfehlen würde ich dieses Hotel niemanden
