The location and hotel style ,it is clean and staff so cooperative .

During my visit to the underground floor, I noticed the presence of small insects and cockroaches in the washroom. Additionally, I find the glass door and wall of the bathroom to be less preferable. Lastly, the water temperature during the shower was not warm.

It was hard to find your room since it was a complex of connected old buildings. Directions might be better.

The intriguing design of the hotel and furniture. Excellent combination between Arabic / Islamic and modern design. Very cozy environment.

the breakfast was ok...it had what I wanted, the staff was exceptionally warm and friendly which is a great customer experience, the venue of the restaurant is Amazing and romatic.

there isn't anything to complain about, maybe the bed was a bit to soft for my liking, but that's just a personal preference.

Très bel hôtel au coeur de la medina de Tunis. Très belle déco. Toît terrasse avec possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner en extérieur. Très bon petit déjeuner. Une excellente base pour découvrir la medina. Le restaurant Dar El Jeld, appartenant au même groupe, à trente metres dans la rue est exceptionnel.

Attention car le périmètre n'est pas accessible aux taxis qui ne sont pas appelés par l'hôtel, car c'est proche de la zone du palais du gouvernement. Donc si vous arrivez de nuit avec un taxi de l'aéroport, il devra vous laisser place de la Kasbah, ce n'est pas loin mais il vaut mieux repérer le plan avant. Je ne l'avais pas fait et mon avion étant en retard, je suis arrivé tard, j'ai demandé mon chemin à un policer qui a eu la gentillesse de m'accompagner une bonne partie du chemin...

We loved everything about this hotel! The smell of orange flowers is everywhere! The reception stuff is supportive and informative. The cleaning lady was extremely efficient and super nice, she left us some chocolates in the evening and it was a lovely surprise for us.. The location is excellent and couldn't be better. Breakfast has plenty of options, and the stuff is very keen to explain every dish. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We wish we could have stayed longer.
