I think a map of how to find the Hotel from the University side would be much easier to navigate.

The hotel is in the middle of Medina, with a very nice rooftop. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the room is nice and clean. The breakfast is good, and the restaurant staff are helpful. They also serve fruits, dates, and chocolate every evening.

The first impression of the hotel was terrible. First, the hotel is very difficult to find in the middle of Medina. Taxi do not go inside the Medina. I walked around in circles for a long time to find the hotel. They did not offer pick up or give instructions how to find the hotel. Then the check in experience was not pleasant. They could not check me in at 2:00 pm, the hotel regular check in time! They said the room is not ready. As far as I can tell, the hotel is not full either. I travelled to 160 countries, and have never run into a hotel that can not check me in at the regular time! At first, they offered me a drink to wait. I have very short time in Tunis, and was eager to look around. Finally, they offered me complimentary lunch at the rooftop restaurant. That was a nice gesture. And at 2:50 pm, the room was finally ready. I would not recommend this hotel, given its hard-to-find location and the unhelpful reception staff.

Très bel édifice avec un toit terrasse remarquable. La situation quasi dans la médina est top de top. Le parking peut être un problème, mais il faut aller au parking de la Kasbah juste à côté (souterrain et payant)

Absolutely fantastic! Staff were amazing and very helpful. Great bed, water pressure (just takes a few minutes to get the water super hot, turn it on 3-5 minutes before you get in) location is perfect. Breakfast and morning staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond. Housekeeping was also lovely and very friendly. I’d definitely stay here again. I was in room #3
