Never checked in . Couldn't find the place

Couldn't find the place to check in i was charged and never Checked In i would like a refund

The location and price, or so I thought. The staff is very responsive if you reach out to them.

I had to reach out the day of check-in because I never received my check-in information. The room was clean-ish, but you could tell everything was minimal effort. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the walls are very thin, so you can hear everything from outside and the other tenants. I had a race the next morning, so I just needed somewhere to sleep. There is a "refundable" $100 security deposit that you may receive up to 2 weeks after your stay. I never received mine, so I reached out. They sent me random photos with no date/time stamp or identifiable features to prove it was the room I stayed in of burn marks and ashes. They told me my deposit was forfeited due to smoking. I RAN A HALF MARATHON the next morning, I DO NOT SMOKE! I am unbelievably disappointed that a company would scam a customer like this. And I highly suggest staying away from any residence, Airbnb, etc that is run by Tabby Town property management. And Booking.com, I would highly recommend removing them from your site.

El precio es bajo. El establecimiento esta cerca de universidades, librerías históricas, y tiendas.

La única ventana que tiene no cierra porque el piso se está cayendo. El radiador no tiene válvula, la habitación se calienta demasiado. El abanico tiene mucho polvo, y las paredes mucha tela de araña. Las luces parecen ser controladas por la corriente de otra habitación. El agua caliente si es controlada por otra persona, no pude durar más de 5 minutos debajo de la ducha sin sentir el agua cambiar a fría. La cama esta sumida en el lado izquierdo. Te pueden seguir desde abajo, en todos los lados hay agujeros pequeños y la luz del sótano se puede ver encendida. Los inquilinos dejan basura y objetos en el pasillo, cuando menos lo esperas. Y me persiguen para hacer lo mismo que en otras propiedades manejadas por la misma compañía. Mueven mi compra de su lugar, interrumpen el internet, el agua caliente, las luces… En otro establecimiento de TabbyTown saludo una persona de cierta características que no responde. Las toallas estaban manchadas. El servicio de WiFi es lento. El servicio de Verizon fue lentissimo. La puerta se abre hacia afuera.

Not a damn thing.

It was absolutely disgusting. Stains on the sheets, dead flies on the ceiling, dirt, dust, MOLD all over the place. Bathroom, The AC window unit. There were items in front of my door which is a safety hazard. Items from the last guess was never cleared out and yet they have the nerve to say that they "cleaned" it before I arrived. If that's the case, I guess the bureau should be called in to check if this place is even legally allowed to run as anything but a crack house. When I informed them that I would not be staying and went somewhere else, I got nothing but generic response. Give yourself piece of mind and possibly hospital bills from an infection and not stay here.
