Price and location for an event at Boathouse Row. Very quiet.

No heat and dirty floor

it was very simple. there were holes covered by tape, and it was clearly poorly made. The walls were thin so i could hear the neighbors above me and when people went by the door.

Nothing about this place is appropriate. It is not fit for human habitation unless you happen to be a ghetto dweller.

There are holes in the walls, the window could not be shut. There was no drain cover in the sink, the "air conditioner" had no workable remote. The table in the room was minimalist and very uncomfortable. It took us 1.5 hours to get into the place. We had to pay a damage fee to enter the place and this was hidden in micro text. The codes for getting into the place were not easily managed and it took education from others living in the building to get into our room. This place should not be advertised on Booking.com or its price needs to be dramatically reduced. The parking is more miss than hit.

For me, I chose this place because of the location, which is near to my University.

Non Cooperative staff, They didn't bother about anything regarding service. The pictures they show in Booking.com is scam. It is totally different.
