Very friendly staff who greets me every time I pass by the lobby makes a real difference. Healthy and good variety of breakfast selections. I am especially pleased with the room service. I stayed for 4 days and 2 new bottles of water were provided every day, which is rare for hotels. The location is perfect. Liberty Square, great Georgian restaurants and coffee shops, markets, and souvenir shops are all within 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. I would stay there again.

Good location, modern room, hot & powerful shower with Dove products, water cooler next to the reception. Breakfast included in the rate: decent selection, croissants and French toast kind of stale, most of the food was cold but could be reheated on demand.

No proper curtains, no sound insulation, small room

Graf Hotel is in a perfect location—close to everything, but tucked away on a quiet side street, so you can actually sleep at night. I'm a light sleeper, and I slept like a baby. The staff is kind and helpful, and the rooms are incredibly clean. Two people stood out. Nika at reception is a great conversationalist and genuinely friendly. And Lasha, the bellhop, is incredibly professional—always smiling, shook my hand every time I came back to welcome me, and gave great restaurant recommendations. He knows the neighborhood inside out, including the history of Georgia. Only stayed one night, but I'd come back without hesitation.

Super friendly welcome! The staff is always very attentive and caring. If there are any questions, they always find solutions!
