Отличный отель! Не могу назвать ни одного минуса, потому что все было идеально! Номера со звукоизоляцией, мы не слышали соседей ни разу за 4 дня, удобные кровати, по две подушки на человека, все новое, идеально чистое. Завтраки были вкусными и разнообразными. Локация супер удобная, близко до всего и множество ресторанов вокруг. Отдельных слов заслуживает персонал - здесь работают улыбчивые, душевные люди, улыбающиеся и готовые дать совет и пожелать хорошего дня, настоящее грузинское гостеприимство!

At the end of May 2026, my husband and I decided to visit Tbilisi. After exploring the locations of the city's main attractions, we realized that we wanted to stay in the Old Town. Choosing Hotel Graf hotel turned out to be an excellent decision! The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all the major attractions, yet it is situated on a relatively quiet street. This allowed us to enjoy peaceful nights and sleep comfortably even with the windows open. Everything a traveler might need is nearby: cafés and restaurants, shops, coffee houses and bakeries, souvenir stores, and tour agencies. We would especially like to thank the hotel staff. Their hospitality felt almost like being welcomed by family. Every request, no matter how small, was met with genuine care and attention. The housekeeping service was exceptional - our room was always spotless, and the fresh linens and towels provided every day were greatly appreciated. Breakfast was included in our stay and was served buffet-style. The selection was varied, well-balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. During our seven-day stay, we were able to try something new every morning. We left with the warmest memories of our time at Hotel Graff and would be delighted to stay here again on our next trip to Tbilisi. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly located place to stay.
