Nagara Boutique Hotel

A fantastic design with beautiful, comfy rooms, bathrooms, a restaurant, and surroundings, including the pool. The staff is very friendly, cleanliness is top-notch, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. This hotel impressed us in photos, and its appearance certainly didn't disappoint in person. The food in the restaurant is okay; we've had tastier meals in Bali, and sometimes we missed salt in the dishes, but generally, there's nothing significant to complain about. The manager's strong commitment to addressing guest concerns, combined with her always polite and ready-to-help demeanor, is a significant plus for this place.

Unfortunately, during our short stay (3 nights), we experienced a series of unpleasant incidents, which is why my rating isn't higher. This started with the entrance door to our room, which made a loud noise when closing (making it impossible for the person inside to rest), followed by an air conditioning issue (during our stay, as many as three rooms required intervention), and finally, a power outage one morning. This resulted in only two out of three breakfast options being available, and no coffee or other beverages apart from water. At that time, there was power in the rooms, so coffee and smoothie bowls could likely have been prepared without major issues. This review is not a criticism, but rather an encouragement to improve minor things so that this place can offer the best guest experience and receive the best reviews, because it truly deserves them.

The decor was stunning and the size of the room was great and so spacious! The staff were super accommodating and helpful!
