Nagara Boutique Hotel

It was our first accommodation on this holiday. The staff was very nice and welcomed us warmly. Our room was very nice and clean. The restaurant/bar was very good and the offering was sufficient. It was also no problem to rent a motorbike for the time at reception. we can recommend it.

Everything was great, friendly staff, clean and modern room. The pool is really beautiful. Breakfast options are limited; but very tasty. Also they offer a free co working (in the hotel) for guests.

Nothing. Just keep in mind that you might need a bike if you are staying in the hotel, for us it’s not an issue. Btw you can rent a scooter from the hotel.

I loved this property. The layout of the room with high ceilings and the nice decoration were a highlight for me. Very comfortable bed, nice little kitchen. The pool was clean, with good depth with vegetation all around with a swim-up bar. They offer 24-hour co-working and the restaurant is also open 24-hours. I really like the food, the coffee and breakfast. Maria, the manager, is excellent, very attentive, extremely pro-active and helpful. We mainly stayed in the hotel, so can't comment much about the surroundings as only went to the nearby supermarket which was AUD2.00 one way by Gojek.

We had an issue with the bathtub and the pop-up drain stopper would not hold, so the hotel had to have a worker come and fix it but it was just temporary so it made it difficult for us to use it. Clogged drain in the bathroom would hold water in the shower.

Room looks so nice. Natural colours and materials, lots of trees, hotel stays far from the road, everything for emotional stable condition of the guests. Very delicious food on hotel’s restaurant.

There are poor variability of breakfast 🥹 and always (besides did the night) lots of employees walk nearby of the rooms, it creates not private effect.

The rooms were beautiful, I stayed in the King suite and it had everything I needed

Just a little far out but can walk about 5 mins to Main Street for groceries and food However great restaurant across the road perfect dinner spot

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a nice way to arrive in Bali and get grounded in the nice facilities and beautiful pool. Also the breakfast was great.

A scooter or grab is recommended to get around since the street leading to stores and restaurants is difficult to navigate walking.

Pros: - the accommodation corresponds to what you see in the pictures. Nice pool; beautiful design. - Quality of the restaurant. Everything was very tasty. Also the restaurant staff is very nice. - Internet works very well & fast. Cons: - We had booked a facial spa. But nobody came at the agreed time. The owner and/or management took note of this without any apology or replacement. - There is no privacy. From the room you can hear the restaurant music all day long (playlist repeats itself after one day at the latest). In the evening, the owner likes to have his Spanish-speaking friends over. You can then follow their conversations from the room terrace. - There are the same 3 breakfast and 4 coffee options every day. If one option is off, there are no alternatives (unless you pay extra). Everything else (e.g. cappuccino with oat milk) has to be paid for. - Room urgently needs maintenance. In our room, the water in the shower drained very badly or not at all, the wall paint was peeling off. We had a cockroach in the room. Water was sometimes just gone for an hour. - Price/performance ratio does not fit.

The place is exactly as seen in the pictures. The layout of the place and the surroundings is well thought out and being here gives you pleasant emotions. It is a pleasant place to stay. The staff is responsive and helpful. There is a restaurant on site, and the food is delicious, and the prices are friendly. Coffee and coffee drinks are good. Being in Uluwatu, I can definitely recommend this place as a very good accommodation. The surrounding beaches are 15-30 min. away by bike.

This may not be a minus, but the hotel could think about - beach towels and more choice when it comes to renting bike.
