It is accessible to all, ocean park, rizal park, US embassy and the view is very beautiful. From the room I can see the beautiful manila bay.

I DO NOT recommend this place! This Condotel does not appear to be managed very well. My wife and her family rented two units for two nights. Both units were not very clean. One of the “non-smoking” units smelled of cigarette smoke. The other did not have Wi-Fi and they were told that the owner “might have forgot to pay the bill”. The parking situation is also horrible. Basically, it is as if the owners of these units left an hour before guest arrival and did a poor job cleaning. My feeling is that the property managers (SugglePod) should perhaps focus less on very strict guest rules and focus more on making sure their employees and owners maintain basic standards and what they advertise. I wish I took the time to read all the negative views about this place. However, if you are reading this, you are doing more than I did. My advice is to save yourself a headache/disappointment and stay away.

I truly regret booking in this property. Small roaches all around. Don’t do sudden move in bed or else the frame will collapse as in OMG, me and my son wasn’t able to sleep peacefully. No kitchen and dining tools. I had to request for it. I had to buy paper plates, cups and spoon and forks so we can eat. Air condition is not working properly it doesn’t cool. Lobby’s aircon is much cooler. Everything in the room is old. Lavatory is clogged. You need to wait few minutes for the water to get drained. Caretaker Divine is not approachable. We checked in 2 hours late because of our travel delay. I ask if we can check out a bit late for about 30-45 mins but this caretaker just refused my request. I regret booking an old condo unit where I though I can feel a bit of a staycation. It wasn’t at all!
