The unit is beautiful and indeed you can see the beautiful sunset from Manila bay, also the caretakers especially Ms. Devine is so nice and friendly to us.

Its near the embassy and the office so its highly recommended for those who have embassy interview and medicals.. also just walking distance to the mall it’s just so very convenient,love to stay here in the future for vacation.. its highly recommended

if you have business at the US embassy, this is where you want to stay.

If they going to publish this unit for rental, at least do their part of keeping it in acceptable condition. Unit smells old and roahes are everywhere. Sheets and towels are flithhy

I booked this property for my relatives because they had an early interview at the US Embassy. It was for just one night but it definitely turned out to be unforgettable! The condo room itself was old looking and the sinks were all clogged up! The only good thing about this place was its proximity to the US embassy. It was literally just a foot bridge away.

Pillow cases are ripped and dirty. Room smells bad

This property is located in the slum area of Roxas blvd. Homeless people make walking around feel unsafe.
