Oscar is really friendly and will help you with anything you need. The house is really big: it has a ground floor with living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom; a first floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a terrace where you can hang clothes to dry and enjoy the view. The master bedroom has an ensuit bathroom and the shower is nice and hot. It's really close to the bus terminal. You can use the washing machine for a fee.

From the listing it sounds like you are renting the whole house for yourself, but that's not true. When we got there we found out that actually we were only renting one of the rooms and during our stay other guests arrived. The fridge is tiny for the amout of people that can stay at once and the kitchen could do with some more utensils, it's a little bare.

I totally loved the place. The house is very big. You have a big kitchen with everything that you need. Also you can relax in the living room if you want. I loved my bedroom, there were big windows and I had hot shower. It’s a nice place to stay in this busy city. You have a rooftop where you can enjoy the sun and have a nice view of the city. I totally recommend this place

We were given top floor rooms which were very cold

Oscar is a very friendly and caring host. The apartment is well equipped, and the kitchen was very helpful. The rooftop terrace is a good place to be during the day as it is warm up there in the sunshine even if the outside temperature is low. The apartment is in the backyard of the main building which provides some protection against the noise of the street.

A can opener in the kitchen would have been nice

Nice house owner, helpful and considerate

We booked this property with a group of eight travelers. With eight individual beds, and bathrooms that accommodated all of our group, this was the perfect place for us to stay! We flew into La Paz for a mountaineering trip, and many of our flights landed early in the mornings. The host, Oscar, was top notch and very amenable to setting up shuttle rides for our group members and gear bags. He was also super attentive to all of our needs during our stay. Whether it be refilling water jugs, or currency exchange, Oscar was the best host!!

No complaints, the property had everything it advertised and was great!

Very nice, cozy house with comfortable, warm rooms. Kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms and shower very good and clean. The host was very friendly and offered a lot of help. Loved it there!!

Oscar is very nice and without him we wouldnt experience La Paz and Bolivia easy. The laundry is definitely a bonus and there are plenty of spaces for sun drying. Overall the house is very cozy.

The bathroom don’t have enough hot water and it would be nicer to have a curtain.
