We absolutely loved our stay at La Casa Bonita. The entire property is extremely homely and comfortable, it has a full shared kitchen which is very hard to find in La Paz, and the rooftop has incredible views - perfect for chilling during the day! What really made our stay was how friendly, kind and extremely helpful the host, Oscar, was. He always greeted us with a smile, had great recommendations, helped us book in several activities and always was available to answer any questions we had. He is one of the best hosts we have had in our 5 months traveling around South America! Thank you so much! We hope to return to stay with you again sometime in the future and we highly recommend to everyone else to book their La Paz stay at La Casa Bonita!

Such an excellent stay here. Oscar made us feel so welcome and gave us great advice on what to do around La Paz. He also booked events for us and our bus to Uyuni - everything was made so easy. Would highly recommend to fellow travellers.

Perfect location in the center of La Paz, next to the bus terminal. The rooftop has an amazing view of the city, and the host, Oscar, is hands down one of the kindest person I came across in Bolivia.

The shower is hot but is a bit tricky to handle, however fine overall

The owner is really nice and super helpful. He goes out of his way to make the stay a great experience. He even got up at 3 am to make sure my taxiride to the airport worked out. He speakes great english as well. Offers a lot information about LaPaz and things to do there. There is a kitchen and a little 'store' to buy drinks and snacks. Drinkingwater is provided. Hot shower. Location very close to the bus terminal, which is very convenient.

The shared bathroom had no showercurtain. Other than that no complaints!

Extraordinary owner with lots of tips about what to do in the city, always available. Great kitchen, good wifi, they let me in at 7am in the morning, lend me a hair dryer and made everything to help me.

The service was the best I have received in any accommodation, hands down. We had two separate stays either side of a trip to Uyuni. Our host let us store our luggage in the accommodation during our trip, check in early, check out an hour later after I had a misunderstanding, booked our Cholitas wrestling activity despite short notice and the WiFi in the area going down, and let me use contactless payment for everything when an ATM swallowed my card. There are all sorts of games in the common area and a shop to buy snacks. The laundry service was a good price (20 BOB), already has detergent, and there is space on the roof to dry clothes.

It does get very cold in June and the shower temperature was uncomfortable but this is negligible, plus soap shampoo and towels are provided.

Loved my stay at La Casa Bonita. It is a really cute and pretty place, with a super friendly owner. Not just a place close to the busstation, but a good starting point to explore La Paz. Its close to one of the sky lifts and walking distance to the centre with a all the tour operators. A little oasis of "Paz" in La Paz. It really felt like a home away from home. Higly recommend!
