Parking is very expensive

The location was perfect for the view and easy access to trams ,shops,restaurants

The wifi was very poor

Lock box was too far from property and not easily accessible without own transport

Good location, nice view.

Mouldy bathroom, difficult to communicate with Qstay, mould in the kitchen, beds uncomfortable, not able to use the main pool and terrace. Kids very disappointed watching other children using the large resort pool facilities. Lifts take a long time and there is no air conditioning in them and when they are jam packed it’s very uncomfortable standing in a box with 20 odd sweaty and frustrated people isn’t very pleasant.

Well we paid almost $1000 a night and it was not worth it ,internet was slow as anything. The shower head was broken so couldn't show properly we had to tie a string to so we could shower for 3 days The sofa was filthy and dirty, it was only space for 3 people to sit ,didn't didn't even have a dining table for 4 people Outdoor chairs were dirty and broken. one bathroom and shower for 4 people is ridiculous The flash in the kitchen was dirty and had food every where Not worth at all . I can't believe we were ripped off as it was a studio apartment not a 2 bedroom apartment The whole apartment was very tiny for 4 people and not enough shower gel or soap. Would not recommend this accommodation to anyone

I had a very unpleasant experience with Q stay and the experience was very bad

The staff was not at all welcoming, the amenities were poor and not sufficient
