Приехали в 18:00, ссылка для доступа к лючам от аппартментов не пришла, пытались связаться с администрацией 2 часа. На улице -15, замерзли, сняли номер в Clarion Hotel рядом, ссылка на ключи пришла 22:10, буду требовать вернуть деньги, не знаю получится ли(((
