Oslo Airport Apartments

The location close to the airport was very convenient — exactly what I needed before my flight. It’s a calm and quiet area with a restaurant nearby. Overall, it was perfectly fine for the price I paid.

I booked this place at the last minute. Since it has a self check-in system, I tried to find out how the check-in process works before my arrival. I ended up reading some reviews, which unfortunately were mostly negative — many guests mentioned not receiving their check-in codes and being unable to get in. That made me worry I might have the same problem. I arrived at the location quite early and called the number provided to ask if it would be possible to check in earlier than the listed time (3 p.m.). Someone answered and said it would be fine to check in at 1 p.m. They told me I would receive a message by 1 p.m. with a special code to open a locker containing the key to my room. I arrived around 7 a.m. and patiently waited until 1 p.m., but no message, email, or code arrived. I thought maybe the room wasn’t ready yet, so I waited longer. By 3 p.m., I had been waiting outside for eight hours — still no code. Two other ladies were waiting there as well, in the same situation. At around 3:30 p.m., one of the ladies made a call, and a gentleman finally gave her the codes — mine and hers — while apologising, saying they had forgotten about us. It wasn’t a huge problem in the end, and I was just glad to finally get in, but I’d suggest that if the place already has several reviews mentioning the same issue, it might be time to pay a bit more attention to guests who have already paid. Overall, the room was clean enough, though the bathroom looked a bit strange.

The instructions via emails were really good, helped me a lot to use shuttles and public transport

it was clean and ok to stay

we booked for 4 people and the room only had 3 bed spaces which meant my child had to sleep on the floor- well not sleep but lie because she couldn't sleep because she was so uncomfortable

Convenience. Local bus from and to the airport at a reasonable price (avoid the much more expensive shuttle going the same route) Quite well equipped for a basic level room.
