Location is very good

Apartment has humidity and mold

The location was good for the ferry to Sicily

The room had no window. The kettle didn’t work. The light in the bathroom’s mirror was flicking all the time. The floor was dirty. The water in the shower had no pressure, just some erratic water jets. As I asked for early check in, which it was refused, I got the information for self check in at 3.30 pm (check in time was 3.00 pm) and only after sending a message asking for it. Was the property scared that I will check in earlier?

The AC was not working. I told them but to no avail. The room is very small and the bathroom is poorly lit. There is no window, except an opening on a wall. The room’s glass door shows the light of the staircases and it’s noisy whenever a customer comes back late at night. The red light of the water heater is right in front of your eyes when your’re trying to sleep. Of course you could switch it off if it disturbs you. But that means you would have a cold shower in the morning. The plug adapter is not woking, which means my phone did not recharge during the night. There is not reception to leave your suitcase or computer safely.

Great location, modern clean and functional studio for a one night stay

Need to get the electronic access pads working. We had to call when we couldn’t get into our room so they gave us a physical key.

Poor fixtures and fittings kettle in room no plug Construction work being carried out whilst staying Poor communication from the vendor had to call multiple times to gain access Lifts and stairs too narrow not suitable at all if had mobility issues stairs cracked Shelf directly behind pillow on the bed so made uncomfortable to sleep Shower mouldy in the corners Just felt very cheap and Poor quality work on this apartment not recommended to anyone
