Plumbing issue (broken upon arrival) shower/bath diverter) promptly repaired/replaced. The queen mattress was comfortable.

Bathroom sink drain stopped up and/or slow to drain. Microwave hood fan light burn out (the light that illuminates the stove, not in interior of the microwave). One ice tray (& no ice maker). The exterior of the units are lit by bright round led? lights that shine directly into the center of the living room window....which have blinds (not curtains)......there is a privacy issue as well as a comfort issue (it is harder to sleep when bright lights are illuminating the room from the outside). The unit needs curtains. Washer/Dryer card reader not working, now app only use (sorry, not another app on my phone to deal with). The cabinet door handles (below the sink) are mounted at the bottom of the cabinet doors (almost on the floor instead of at the top of the cabinet?????????). LVP flooring Uneven/warped in places. The " LOWKL" concept has gotten a little better, but really still has a lot of room for improvement.

Room is extremely dirty unsanitary my children got sick, staying there I wouldn’t recommend this place for anybody, especially with children terrible service. I will never stay at any of their properties again.

The location to everything is great. Walking distance to all things and beach. The studio apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Having a full kitchen is great.

The bath tub is really old and stained, it could use updating. The sofa had a very musty smell to it.
