"Bad"

I was told I couldn’t extend my stay and I had to leave my room so it could be cleaned and I would have to wait to check back into the hotel. Then I had to get a storage unit from prime self storage (1100 ne45th st) to put our stuff in for 5 hours while we waited to check into the new room. 4:05pm I messaged the property manager and asked when we could go back and check in. I was told it was no problem I could stay in our original room and open the door and it’s exactly how I left it . Basically we got kicked out of our room for 5 hours in a heat advisory and had to get a storage unit for all our stuff for no reason. I came here to relax and between the loud music from other residents and the people moving a new peice of furniture in the room to getting kicked out of the room for no reason this has been a horrible week and a waste of money and s

It had nice air conditioning

Loud people every single night. Yelling and screaming. One couple got put out. Another yelling at his partner from outside the door. Loud banging constantly.

It was OK.

Advertisement was wrong it stated that it was a gated community. Building needs a little upgrading on the inside. Door locks need to be replaced. Some of them are not working

There was no breakfast in the deal

The bed/mattress was not comfortable it sank and creaked. No air condition in bedroom or was none in ventilation. The kitchen utensils were of poor quality and no can openers. More garbage bags and toilet paper should be provided for a period of more than 5 days, in our case we stayed 13 days.
