The property was dirty. Need you to scrub all the pots and pans prior to using because there was food stuck on the bottom. Also had a bug problem, especially roaches.

No response from the staff. The AC didn’t work and no one attempted to fix it while I was there. The place was dirty and not worthy of a $95 cleaning fee

Location was great. Spacious and fits several people. 2 large king beds. Basic needs available like dishwashing soap, a sponge, basic plates and pots and silverware, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Kitchen had a stove, a fridge, and a toaster.

Needs updating, especially the windows. Kitchen drawers were broken. Walls are not that clean. One of the bathroom sink’s didn’t have a stopper. The other bathroom had a dirty bathtub floor. The window in one of the bedrooms doesn’t close and there’s no way to control the humidity that goes into the bedroom even with the AC on. The closets need cleaning or updating. Apartment is for 8 people and they only supplied towels for 2 people and they refused to give us more. The broom was full of lumps and lumps of hair that made it disgusting to use it to sweep the floor. And every time the neighbors downstairs were smoking weed, our apartment smelled like weed. If you’re a neat freak you won’t be happy here.

the fact if i wanted to use the grill i would have to go to the people on the first floors fenced in patio area

The worst place I’ve ever booked. The location didn’t look safe. The kitchen area smelled damp or molded. The refrigerator didn’t get cold. The tub needs refinishing. The bed looked unclean. I left 20 minutes after arriving. They have some major updating to do.
