There are some good restaurants nearby, and the beach is only a 5-minute walk away.

The view was partly of the sea and partly of workers constructing a new building. It was not a front-line sea view; the balcony faced the side. The refrigerator in the room was not working. After spending some time proving this to the host (they sent a few people to check), I was given a new refrigerator, which I had to unpack and install myself. The elevator was extremely busy during checkout time, and we literally spent half an hour waiting for it.

Всё понравилось. Вид из окна, расположение, удобство кровати и номера в целом. В номере просторно. Можно готовить. Всё есть для комфортного отдыха. С лифтами проблем не было.

Зарезервировали парковку, но оказалось, что должен найти свободное место вокруг дома сам, что оказалось нереально. Но сообразительные ребята дежурят на парковке и потом продают тебе место. Около 1000 руб. за сутки.

There is a big bed and there's air conditioning but at what cost? This was the worst accommodation we stayed in, in all of Georgia.

- There is significant mould development in the Shower - There is no cloth, sponge or detergent to clean dishes or wipe any surfaces, might as well not have a kitchen - The elevators sometimes take 20mins to arrive, it's no joke and people will inconsiderately push in - The kitchen is NOT well stocked - We were given one toilet roll for 4 nights stay and when we asked for more they said we have to pay for house keeping? - It's far from the historical part of town and a 45min walk to the area - Just look at the Google reviews for Orbi Building A and you will see the accurate review score for this location.
