The space and layout good. The supervisor cleaner who we meet on site on arrival was very lovely and helpful, Thank you.

The house is very dusty, especially all the window areas, window seals. Bedroom 1, shower had a very pungent smell that was permanent. Bedroom 2, the shower curtain filthy. The sofa downstairs needs to be cleaned and the cushions all washed. It felt like house keeping is not a priority and that should be a basic. Door to the rooftop doesn't have a key, so being downtown security not 100% as next plot is abandoned. The safe is not user friendly at all. Code shared doesn't explain where number is in 2s or what??? Pictures of unit online are not accurate, the house furniture needs an upgrade.

Everything was really great, the communication and questions answered really quickly. The lighting though the Ac didn’t really go around the house, spacious, two beautiful bedrooms, nice smart tv.. nice setup

All the flat photos for the flat is fake it’s full of mould and dust,All the A/C is not working, all the electricity is faulty we had to call the fire brigade to come check the flat because there is a white smoke come from the A/C,No hot water in all the flat also to take shower, the walls isn’t painted and full of holes,lock for the door isn’t working so it’s not safe to stay inside it we request a cancellation they didn’t agree Keep away from this flat

Excellent location as just 5 minute walk to Ledra Street, so shops, restaurants and bars very close. The townhouse had a lovely old world charm, but was very comfortable throughout. 2 very good sized double bedrooms with ensuites. A very large downstairs sitting room/dinning room. An upstairs sitting room and also a study room with large desk. Excellent wifi. Plenty of clothes hangers and towels for a short stay. Well equipped kitchen. When returning to Nicosia I will definitely book it again.

We could not turn on the hot water for the showers, so instructions for turning on should be provided before check in.

the house was cold, radiators are not working. it was not cleaned properly, found small rubbish around the house. kitchen facilities limited and very dirty the chairs of the large dinning table are falling apart, almost unsafe to use, legs giving away, you are risking to find yourself to the floor bathrooms old and not very maintained the handle of one door fell of and we got locked out of one room most of the socks on the walls are almost unsafe to use (all english type, no convertor available in the house for european type) the phone number they provide is not valid so even when we tried to call to report the issues we couldnt get through, we had to ask on the booking chat for them to call us. we had to check out early as the house was too cold, badly maintained and dirty for us to stay. the picture make it look an amazing place to stay but it really is not worth it. none of the previous comments other people have made here have been addressed so i'm assuming this comment will be ignored too i would not recommend, neither book it again

Nice location. Very spacious house, 2 large bedrooms each with a private bath. Well preserved for a house dated back from 1893. The change of windows to double-pane (preserving the old-fashion look) would be a great asset as it would reduce the noise coming from the street and would keep the climate of the house more stable.

The toilet cirtern in one of the bedroom's toliets didn't work. We reported to the owners but they didn't fix it while we were there (a weekend was involved so that might have been a problem to find a plumber). There should have been an instructions leaflet with info about the amenities of the house like e.g. the heating of the rooms (only with the air condition units), the hot water, the use of several electrical devices in the house which had the EU standard plugs but the sockets are of UK stanbdard, etc. Regarding the a/c units, their controls should be placed in a visible place for each unit. We couldn't make the TVs work to watch local chanels...
