Sakti Garden Resort & Spa

Cet hôtel un peu à l'écart du tumulte du centre ville est un écrin. Les chambres sont grandes, les lits ultra king size, la piscine est superbe. Le personnel est très aimable et toujours présent pour vous rendre service.

Une fois par semaine, un barbecue/buffet est organisé avec des danses balinaises. Le prix est élevé par rapport à la prestation même si avec le voucher on a 1h de massage offert. Et comme c'est la 2eme année qu'on le fait, il n'y a vait aucune différence entre la soirée de septembre 2024 et celle de juin 2026.

I really loved the decor and location. Felt like we were nestled among the treetops of the jungle. The staff were very kind and humble - true to Balinese culture I wish we could have enjoyed the swim up bar The location was so close to downtown but away from the noise which I found so convenient Also, NO MONKEYS! Rooms are large and beautifully designed

I would have liked a non-slip mat in the bathtub for showering. I think just having a normal shower in place of the tub would be better. The drain kept clogging at the beginning of the shower, but would clear by the end.

Probably the best customer service I ever received in any country. Would pay $800+ a night for similar accommodation and service on the NnAmerican continent. Attention to every detail. A true resort experience. Rooms and facilities are much nicer than the pictures even. Food was all good as well. And i am a picky complainer usually.

Location, atmosphere, calmness, best and quick service, very cooperative staff starting from reception pantry and all other staff.

All good except advice to increase light on the internal roads as it’s difficult at night to walk without torch. There is might chance of inspects which cannot seen from the existing lights.
