Magical place, with lots of greenery and beautiful views on the “jungle” valley. Accommodation is comfortable, rooms are big, unlike other places where we stayed, there was buffet for breakfast. The area is very quiet, staff was friendly. It was our best stay in Bali.

We liked everything, just a small observation - staff was very friendly, sometimes over-attentive, especially around breakfast, which i dont think is necessary. This is just an observation. Also there is shuttle bus, but goes around 8am in the morning- would be nice to have one more shuttle bus after breakfast

Pool is not for kids, as its preety deep, small area is there for toddlers

This is one of my favorite places in Ubud. I love this hotel. Big rooms, a huge tropical garden, great spa and staff that feels like family. I come back over and over again. Extra tip: request a room upstair, the view is better.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, built in terases down a small river valley, with lush jungle plants all over the hotel premises. Staff and manager treated us great, greeted us at every step, offered us any possible assistance throughout the stay. We couldn't have been happier about the stay (quiet, comfortable, breathtaking greens throughout the hotel premises, very good breakfast, lovely staff). Keep it up !

I have stayed here several times since early 2023, and it just gets better every year. This is now one of the best places to stay in Bali. The rooms are enormous with balconies surrounded by trees, and the staff are wonderful. Breakfast is excellent. The quality of massage in the spa is very high. You feel close to royalty here, like very few other places in Bali— not surprising if you ask who the architect is who created the hotel.

Really good service, friendly staff, huge room with balcony and jungle view.
