Absolutely amazing place, very comfortable and relaxing. Spa zone just top notch. The view, the atmosphere is great. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Love it! 😻

However, the walls are too thin. You can hear the neighbors' voices. The breakfast is tasteless. The food selection is meager.

Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is great. Hotel is beautiful and looks pretty neat.

Rooms are not accessible, lots of stairs (thankfully the staff helped carry the bags). The shuttle runs very few times, you need to Grab or have your own vehicle. Breakfast was very average. Rooms are somehow connected through the ceiling, you can clearly hear the people next door.

Great pool, very attentive and friendly staff, comfortable beds in spacious rooms, sufficiently diverse breakfasts. A shuttle a few times a day to Ubud downtown is a nice service. WiFi adequately strong (depending on the distance from the room to the reception area).

A lot of stairs to manage, so not necessarily the best option for seniors or people with reduced mobility. Rooms are not adequately soundproof, but it is the problem of noisy neighbours, not the hotel's fault.
