Collection O Faisano Boutique Luxury Hotel, Tulum Beach

Lovely resort, kind and helpful staff, clean and suited our needs!! Will stay again. The breakfasts were good. We took many day trips....saw the ruins, went snorkeling, day trip in Chankanab, visited some other resorts on beach using a day pass.

This is such a chic hotel! I Absolutely loved every detail in the hotel and the room. We ended up extending our stay at the hotel and just couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Breakfast is a la carte and exquisite. Kuddos to the staff!! Javier and John were such a great hostess. They suggested different activities as well as different places to eat. Awesome customer service. Will definitely be going back!!

We had the best experience at the this hotel. The staff were amazing and went the extra mile to help us out, they even fixed a curling iron. We will be back

Excelente atencion de John en general todo el personal muy amable, las instalaciones son muy lindas y la habitacion muy amplia y limpia recomiendo mucho!

Nous avons passé 6 nuits, chambre propre joliment décoré, grande double douche et double vasque. Chambre spacieuse avec vue piscine, terrasse avec chaises longues. Très belle piscine à débordement. Petit déjeuner bien avec plusieurs choix. Personnel plutôt agréable. Seulement 2 places de parking. Quartier résidentiel, seul bémol chiens qui aboient mais hélas c’est partout. Quelques restaurants dans le quartier et plusieurs supérettes. Hélas le temps n’était pas avec nous, nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine, on a été plusieurs jours mauvais temps

Newer hotel set deep into a neighborhood. Grounds were kept very clean. Free breakfast on sitr. Chilaquiles were amazing. No security(locks/keycards) to enter the hotel. Accessible to anyone who walks in the front. Room had a terrible smell of mildew. Extremely large gaps in the foor allowing bugs in. Private pool on our patio was very small (4ftx4ft). Didn't use due to the plants the were covering half of the pool and bare wires sticking out of the wall next to the pool.

Nice hôtel! Staff very helpful and friendly! The hotel was perfect for a quiet time! If you’re looking for party or night life this isn’t the place or the area to go.

The room was amazing with the exception of the bathroom not having AC!! The back wall was open so there was a lot of mosquitos and we would have to spray bug repellent so we could use it and not get bit up. The only day we decided to have use the free breakfast.. All we wanted was the coffee and juice and when I asked the guy if I could have another cup of watermelon juice, even though we didn't eat anything. He told me I couldn't, that it was one per customer. Then when he saw I made a face. He decided I could have one, but would charge me. Which I don't mind. But tell me that first instead of saying no. or consider I didn't get a meal and just give me another cup.
