Los cuartos son más pequeños de lo que esperaba, pero es un lugar muy bokito

Hotel exceeded expectations and the hotel manager was phenomenal. Location was not hard to find. Better signage could help people who have challenges with navigation. Overall, it was a pleasurable stay and is my go to in Tulum.

La limpieza de la habitación tiene costo extra

Este hotel esta casi nuevo, Agosto 2023. Las habitaciones limpias, el personal amable. En instalaciones casi perfecto, solo que el área de la regadera no tiene puerta o cortina, y para familias es complicada esta situación, favor -administradores de este hotel- consideren este comentario. La ubicación del hotel esta muy complicada, se encuentra hasta el final de un complejo residencial, que, sin la ayuda de Google maps no hubiéramos llegado. No aceptan tarjetas mexicanas para la reservación y al llegar al hotel tienes que pagar. Después se duplicaron los pagos. Necesitan mejorar su sistema. Pero es muy recomendable hotel.

Buenas instalaciones, construcciones al alrededor, poco estacionamiento. Excelente atención por el personal.

Buen servicio

My business partner travelled to Tulum for business and stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately there were two unauthorized charges on our credit card 5 weeks AFTER his stay. We contacted the hotel to dispute the charge and inquire why they charged us 5 weeks after he departed the hotel and they could not provide an explanation. Luckily we disputed it with our credit card company as an unauthorized fraudulent charge and they were able to investigate. We spoke to the owner regarding the charge and she did not take accountability for what happened and said she would investigate on her end and follow up with us, but did not follow up, nor provide a suitable solution. Warning, DO NOT USE a credit card, the credit card info could be stored without your authorization and they might try to charge your card at a later date.

The property is really nice the reason why im giving it a low score is because the room that we booked had a jacuzzi that we really wanted to use but to our surprise when we got there it’s was green and dirty and they charged us full price even though it was their fault. Besides that the hotel is tiny but it’s really nice and cozy.
