Kahvaltısı ve yemekleri idare eder durumdaydı , personel de yardımseverdi. Kaldığımız oda genişti.

Bizi resepsiyonda ilk gün karşılayan kişi agresif davrandı ve ödemeyi normalde bölerek yapacaktık. İzin vermedi tek karttan ödenecek diye diretti. Odalarda havlu eksikliği var istiyoruz ama tek tek getiriyorlar. Temizlikte yetersiz gördüm.

Resort meraviglioso, dotato di tutti i servizi, bellissima spiaggia privata e bar con la vista sul mare. Cibo molto buono con le bevande illimitate e si ha la possibilità di sceglie di mangiare in vari ristoranti. Anche se abbiamo avuto il check-out ci hanno consentito di rimanere in spiaggia e ci hanno preparato la cena al sacco da portare in aeroporto. Sono piccole cose che fanno la differenza. Consigliato 😊

Purtroppo sulla spiaggia venivamo continuamente disturbati dalle persone che ci proponevano servizi, troppo insistenti e di cattivo gusto.

El personal de admisión un poco déspota y luego wifi no llega a las habitaciones solo en el central lo cual si no eres local es fatal.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our vacation. The beach was absolutely excellent – very beautiful, calm, and relaxing. There were plenty of sunbeds available, and the sea was amazing with soft sand in the water, almost no waves, and not too windy, which made swimming incredibly pleasant. The hotel location was great, and everything was very clean and well maintained. Our bed was large, extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. A special compliment goes to the restaurant staff and service – they were exceptionally attentive, kind, and professional. They even remembered what we liked to drink and brought it every day without us having to ask, which made us feel very welcomed and cared for. We also really appreciated the lunch package we received at check-out – such a thoughtful and pleasant gesture. The atmosphere in the lobby was lovely, especially the live piano music in the evenings. There was always entertainment and evening activities to enjoy. We loved having three different restaurants to choose from, all of them excellent with plenty of delicious options. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily return!

There were a few things we did not enjoy as much during our stay. The facilities and rooms felt somewhat outdated and could benefit from modernization. While the room was comfortable, there was not much in terms of design or atmosphere that felt inspiring. We experienced some issues with hot water during our stay, although we did not report this to reception, so we cannot comment on how it would have been handled. Unfortunately, there were construction or repair works taking place in the hallway during our stay, with drilling noises and cables in the passage, which slightly affected the relaxing holiday atmosphere. There is also a beach roller coaster/play structure that appeared quite old, worn, and not very well maintained. My friend even got hurt while using it, so we personally would not recommend it from a safety perspective. In the evenings, plants around the property were watered using fertilizer/manure, and the smell was not particularly pleasant. However, this is something that may be relatively normal in Egypt and did not completely ruin our experience. Overall, these points did not overshadow the many positives of the hotel, but they are areas where improvements could make the experience even better.
