It was very clean it had everything you needed, and if you ever ran out of anything the hosts were happy to help. Also loved the balcony, it was super nice to look out into the city

The stairs, my room was on the 5th floor and there was no elevator or anything so if you’re not able to handle walking up the stairs for very long I do not recommend

The hotel was close to the metro and had options for meals close by. We had a group partying in an upstairs room and once we made a complaint to the staff they acted swiftly to stop the noise.

i was concerned that the keycode on the electronic lock on our room matched the keycode for the front door of the hotel

I liked the staff working there, they were helpful and nice.

I didn't like the location. I didn't like that they made us switch rooms to a higher floor and later refused to accommodate us into a lower floor. The responsiveness on whatsapp could've been better.

Tidy, clean, great location

Walking up 5 flights of stairs, problems with hot water, the mattresses slip off the beds

The place was clean. The beds were big. The area is relaxed and mostly quiet, the metro is walking distance.

We got a room on the ground floor. It was a corner room, so there was no way to properly air out the room. On the wet and rainy days the humidity inside was almost unbearable. The mattress, pillows and blankets felt so wet. The room had no AC, so there was no way to dry it out. It was very loud, the security guy was playing music at around 11pm, there was also some kind of a machine right outside our room making very loud noises at random times of the day (sometimes before 8 am and sometimes almost at midnight). Because of the ground floor, the room was very dark. I asked for room change but didn't get an answer. As there's no reception, the only way to communicate is through messages. On the other side of having big beds, they make the room quite small, we had not so much space for walking. The room had a semi-private patio which honestly didn't add much, as it was accessible by anyone staying in the hotel.

The price is very good for a good enough accommodation. The sheets didn't look or feel super fresh, so that could be better. The location if a bit off, but we liked the local feeling, the street has a lot of vendors and we had fun exploring the surroundings.

Cleaning could have been better. Also we got an email about the possibility of ordering grocery through the hotel but too late, we were already there! It can get a bit noisy in the area (we were there near the Dia de Muertos, so maybe that explains a bit). The area is not super charming, so it's not for every traveller.
