The room is nice, it is defined not a duplex as described, but it fit it’s purpose and it was spacious enough for us. The location is good, really close to the Line 2 of the metro, super handy. The area is also relatively safe, I never felt unsafe walking around there.

If you are a light sleeper, you are going to have a bad time. People make noise through the building the entire night. Our first night two rooms on the second floor decided to have a party with loud music and left their doors open echoing it throughout the building. The shower has little to no pressure and finding a good temperature is a huge exercise. The property has no lift, so if you have limited mobility, this isn’t a place for you. No air conditioner either but that we knew beforehand. Overall, it’s a nice place but there could be improvements. The property is clean but there were a lot of ants.

Location was great - in a local neighbourhood so really friendly and safe and just five mins from the metro so easy to get about.

Beds were good. Clean.

Location was not great. No hot water first night. The bath towels were damp but folded.? Uncomfortable during the day without ac.
