La propiedad está bien talvez necesitan tener a una persona más capacitada que sea capaz de resolver las situaciones que se dan aveces en lo administrativo referente alas reservas pero el resto del personal es muy amable siempre le preguntan a uno que si necesita algo

Si aplico la cancelacion de una noche y me regresaron la cantidad que ellos quicieron . Estoy muy molesto por esta situacion . Ya van varios mensajes que les envio a expedia y noy hay una respuesta favorable para mi . Me hicieron un rembolso con la cantidad que ustedes quicieron . Mala experiencia !

The place is ok, but the food and the service is terrible .

The staff was friendly and nice. We were part of a large group that had communicated to the resort that we were coming. They had months in advance notice. When I showed up to the hotel I was told I had a balance for the two rooms. Fortunately I had the itemized receipt and was able to show them what I had paid. We ordered food and it took well over an hour and a half to get our food. It was absolutely delicious but everyone was upset at how long it was taking. People waited over two hours for food. The rooms are small. The A/C was not working and they were only to place a fan in the room. There aren’t many outlets so bring an extension cord. The overall look of the hotel is adorable. The beach was great.

Muy buena atencion y el lugar muy bonito y seguro

Save yourself time and energy, do not come here. Staff here are pretty shady and wanted to charge me twice. Do not recommend at all.
