"En líneas generales bien"

La ubicación es clave para ir con niños si el plan es ir de shopping. Es cómodo y práctico. Resuelve estados, comodidad y desayuno. Fuimos varias veces y lo elegimos por precio y comodidad.

La habitación que nos dieron estaba súper fría. Por suerte pedimos cambiarnos y nos cambiaron a otro piso más calentito, pero si no reclamaba, pasábamos frío toda la noche. A la hora de hacer el checkout, estábamos bajando nuestras pertenencias al auto, cuando volví a la habitación a buscar el resto, ya habia personal de limpieza adentro del cuarto (aún teníamos cosas dentro y no habiamos hecho el checkout en la recepción) esto si no me me pareció ya que aún estaban nuestras pertenencias.

"Mala disposición de las recepcionistas y sábanas sucias."

La ubicación fue lo único bueno.

La reserva la hice para mis papás ambos adultos mayores, en primer lugar sorprendidos porque le pidieron 100.000 mil pesos de garantía la que no sale explícita en ningún lugar. Luego en su habitación de dos camas de plaza y media, una de las camas estaba con las sábanas sucias y el cubrecolchon en peores condiciones, mi mamá avisa sobre la situación y las recepcionistas no le dan ninguna solución más que compartir la otra cama que les quedaba. No hubo cambio de sábanas, de cubrecolchon, ni cambio de habitación. Lamento mucho la situación mi mamá me la comenta recién, sino para poder haber pedido algún tipo de ayuda desde aquí. Esperaba entregar una buena estadía a mis papás y lamento que no haya sido así.
