Todo el personal muy amable, mi cuarto siempre fue limpiado y atenido con todo lo que necesitaba.

Esta es mi segunda estadía en el hotel, la primera estadía fue perfecta. Pero en esta ocasión mi única queja sería el desayuno, la comida se mantuvo un poco fría, el café parecía que el agua solo estaba pintada, no tenía sabor y le comenté a la señorita pero nunca lo cambiaron, aveces no traía la fruta o los jugos atiempo, aveces no ponían pan para tostar y ya no surtían pan después que el reloj marcaba 9am. Estuvo hospedado más de 8 días con ustedes en ambas ocasiones por eso pude estar atento a todos estos detalles y espero que hagan algo para mejorar eso. Lo demás fue perfecto. Pero si puedo decir que mi primera experiencia con ustedes fue más que perfecta. En esta ocasión desgraciadamente los detalles con el desayuno arruinaron lo demás.
