"It was a lousy experience."

The maid service was very good and the restaurant staff was nice.

The front desk staff was terrible. Considering you are near the US Consulate, your staff should at least be bilingual in English. They were not helpful at all with anything. We had to checkout a few days early but didn’t receive a refund. I had to upgrade to a suite just to get a mini fridge in the room. The room was not even fully furnished.
