NADA ! Péssimo atendimento Instalações péssimas Quarto imundo. Cama com sangue, com meleca, cheia de cabelo. Paredes imundas Banheiro sujo. Nos trocaram de quarto e o outro quarto também estava sujo. Secador que não funcionava. O chat ninguém responde, e quando responderam já tinham se passado 2 hrs da primeira reclamação.

Tudo sujo, impossível falar com o chat, tinha sangue na cama do quarto. Travesseiro em cima do ar condicionado na varanda.

Quarto amplo e muito confortável com cozinha bem equipada e banheiro espaçoso. A localização é ótima, com vários acessos rápidos por perto.

Apesar de ser um bom quarto, ele é velho. Várias coisas enferrujadas. Não há suporte para sabonete ou xámpu dentro do box e outras coisas estão caindo. O atendimento dos seguranças é horrível, sem nenhuma simpatia e a porta giratória da entrada do prédio trava 90% das vezes.

Modern building, pleasant on site staff. Easy check-in. Self-service mini market with fair prices. Pool seemed pleasant although I didn't attend. Big TV, Nespresso machine (no complimentary capsules), full fridge, good full shower. Balcony also pleasant. They did give me an extra hour to check out, for free. Customer service on whatsapp worked, but they could improve their response time as it takes a while to get a reply.

I was weary of my choice to book here after I saw way too many negative reviews on the site and on google maps. However, I got in touch with Customer Service the day before arriving and explained my concerns. They assured me the room, sheets and towels would be clean, so I took the leap. I don't regret as it was a comfortable stay. Room was clean. No sticky floors as mention by others. Also, there were plenty of cookware, plates, and glasses for two persons to use. My only negative observation, which has been mentioned a lot by other former guests, is the lack of general maintenance in the room. Many missing light bulbs. No proper light on the kitchen part which made it awkard to use at night (needs to change the led fixture urgently) and the bathroom faucet needs tightening as it was all wobbly (it worked ok, but it screams abandonment). Also, the toilet seat was completely loose, which for some, may well be uncomfortable, but I managed to fix it by tightening their screws myself easy fix that shouldn't be made by the guest. I would come back, but not before asking again for a thorough clean before I arrive.

You have to to take pictures and send them to the host to enter the building. This simply did not work and other people had the same problem. The appartment is poorly equipped, no coffee machine or cattle for hot water. Mold in the bath room and the tap was loose.
