The staff are very warm and helpful, the rooms are very clean and the location is very convenient. Food is decent.

The food was super spicy but good.. variety of food in breakfast was good which made it easier with kids with you.

Where do you start. When you book a Taj there are certain standards that you expect. Understand it's a city hotel, however unnecessarily having a separate sofa room made the suite feel very cramped, and the colour theme of the room gave a dark vibe. The staff was very courteous at room service, however the restaurant staff were not able to manage and some were practically in a bad mood I think so. Getting tables would like take for ages. When we book any taj property across India, it's a different hospitality and warmth which was missing here. It was very transactional. Therefore disappointing.

There was some problem with water which lasted for a day. Team worked really hard to fix it though.
