The property is deemed excellent; however, there is some noise disturbance stemming from a dog across the road barking during the night. Additionally, some late-arriving guests seem to overlook the fact that other guests might be resting as they engage in loud conversations and door slamming.

Great service, value-for-money rooms that are spacious and clean, hotel staff are very accommodating and the hotel is in a great location to easily walk to the town centre and Fira cliffside for the most amazing views - highly recommend!

Great place and near the best scenery

It lacks convenience for comfort, especially shower very small and no shelf to put your shampoo and body wash. Also water of shower comes out into the bathroom. The staf was very helpful.

not a 4 star hotel, balcony door broken, no water glasses and the 15 euro breakfast buffet disappointed

Convenient location to Fira centre (restaurant, bars and bus station), pretty good pool and chairs to have a chill afternoon.

Really nice pool and outdoor area, good breakfast. Nice staff. Clean and big rooms. Close to main square. Coffee maker in room and having more water that is restocked daily would have been nice.
