Deluxe Suites Santorini

I love the location, it is very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything is great except the shower does not have hot water.

The room was cramped for two suitcases. There was no elevator. Stairs were spiral and difficult for elderly persons. No ramp only steps. The breakfast was very lean with variety. I donot recommend including breakfast in the package.

This is a great hotel. The staff, especially the young woman who was there in the mornings, was very friendly and helpful. The pool was as nice as it looks in the photos, and it was a quick walk into the city. Good central location, and unlike a lot of hotels I saw around the island, your cab driver can drop you and your luggage right in front. Room is nice with working AC, and if you pay extra for a balcony it's worth it.

The hotel is better than it looks in the pictures. Very new and modern design. Rooms are decent sized and have balconies. Staff is friendly and helpful Close to the main shopping and dining area. And to the main Fira bus stop for trips to Pyrgos or Oia. Only minor nit was the water in the bathroom was barely warm. We had 2 rooms and both had same issue. And no coffee makers. But we would stay again and do recommend it

Located just far enough away from the heavy tourist areas but close enough for a quick walk to be there. Very close to bus center as well. Staff were amazing!

Stayed here 2 nights while on Santorini. Taxi from airport was 25 euros. Frida at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was nice with a couch and fridge. There was a pool and nice sitting area with view of the ocean. Easily walkable to Fira town and restaurants. European and American breakfast was served onsite. I haven’t seen any charges for it so it may be included. Hotel is on the backside of the island (not caldera side) but convenient to the tourist areas.

The Deluxe hotel, is a great stay. The room was comfortable and clean and the pool area has a beautiful lounge deck. All areas were very clean. The best thing about this hotel was the front desk staff, so helpful with suggestions and you felt they really cared about you enjoying your stay.
