The area was perfect! The price the best we found for the area and it was clean😁

Just wish the inside door to the apartment had an extra lock, just incase someone unlocked the door with the pin pad from the outside, heard someone trying to open the door in the am we checked out... also the parking spaces are numbered, but someone always was parked in our numbered spot, no biggie, but flet bad taking another spot

The location was close to amenities,safe and had a nice pool area.

Couch was uncomfortable, living room lamp not working stuck on “on” mode, lamp in bedroom USB outlets didn’t work, no ice trays, closet door broken and unable to maneuver. The keypad stopped working. They said they would send someone over to fix and they never did. They did give an alternative key so we could still enter but I was anticipating someone coming to fix as they stated that was the plan.

Close to US Sailing center

No regular outlet to use to charge my car. No place to hang up sailing gear / clothes to dry outside.

The location and the value. Property was well taking care of didn’t have much interaction with the staff but they seem very nice.

This is the third time we stayed there and they still have the same problem with the ceiling fan and lighting in the living room and bedroom. If you turn the light or fan on or off the opposite happens in the bedroom. Living room fan on it turns the bedroom off. I resolved the problem by unplugging the fan/ light in the living room but it should be fixed. Other than that Nothing .

No garbage bags until 2nd day Internet not working, used hot spot Beds were old and very uncomfortable Sheets scratchy Neighbors next-door were very loud at 1 AM and woke us up and had to text the property to please let them know to stop. On morning of checkout started knocking at our door at 9 o’clock to start cleaning when our checkout is at 11. It was very annoying. Very humbling of a stay

Couldn’t get the door pad unlocked. They were going to send someone out to fix it but nobody came. Do we just used the key in the lockbox.
