The location and cleanliness

The property need new windows, that is a costly expense though.

The location was great—close to the beach and in a quiet area. The place was clean, comfortable, and relaxing overall.

The only minor issues were having to log in to the Wi-Fi frequently and the remote controlling both the bedroom and living room ceiling lights at the same time.

Absolutely NOTHING. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Especially if you are traveling with small children! They do not like to hear kids play here! They misrepresent themselves on here!! It is a section 8 apartment building!!!!!!!

The second we got there, my kids and I went up the stairs to put our luggage away. This lady (extremely ghetto) comes out of her room and tells me my kids can’t be running up the stairs like that, that people don’t make noise around here and to take my kids to the park!!!! (She said this in the nastiest attitude possible) meanwhile we just got there and we were putting our stuff away. I called right away and spoke to someone who assured me my kids were fine being there. We only came here bc we are moving into the area and we were looking at houses. We were only staying for 1 week and we were barely there. They state quiet time is from 11pm to 7 am. That was fine I thought. My kids are in bed early and not up making noise til after then and then we are back out house hunting for the day. Anyways, the property manager is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. About a couple days into our stay, she comes BANGING aggressively at our door while I am bathing my kids. She doesn’t identify herself and is just screaming. A few minutes later she calls the sheriff department, who professionally identified themselves and thought the whole situation was absurd. A 3 yr old girl and 2 year old boy making noise, being kids. The property manager wanted us to leave that very moment with no refund! We ended up having to leave the next morning and find another place and pay big money for the rest of our stay! OUR ROOM ALSO LOOKED LIKE A CRIME SCENE!!!!!! Bad area !!!!!

Air condition did not work. Not up to my standards.

Clean and nice location

The professionalism and responsiveness of the entire LOWKL team. For my needs, the location was great.

The cleanliness was not as pristine as the reviews portrayed it, loud neighbors, and the few dishes I attempted to use were greasy and slick.

The space of the apartment and the surrounding property and pool area.

A couple of small items. There was no dish rack and could include salt and pepper shakers.
