An amazing stay at a wonderful place! Exactly as described and true to the pictures, highly recommended

Cleanliness of the grounds and the appartements. Clean and comfortable. Nice pool. Well priced laundry machines. Easy to contact the host. This was our second time staying at this property. It has everything we need when we come to town to visit family. The last time we came it was pretty much only tourists staying here. This time around, it seems like there is more local people, I believe they are renting the apartments on monthly basis as well now.

Smell in the apartment upon arrival, very perfume-y because they had scented plug ins throughout the apartment, but we took them out and the smell went away. Slight odour of cigarettes but could be because some of the guests smoke either in their apartments or right outside their doors Despite there being a designated smoking area, the host doesn’t seem to enforce that.

Great value. My kids loved the pool and even made friends. Comfortable, no complains

The place was very clean and easy to walk to apartment. The only downside is that I didn't know who to ask to get toilet paper. I called the number and asked if I could get some. They said they would tell the person. I never received any. I bought a roll myself.

Lovely garden, nice pool, size of the room, its equipment. Special thanks for a quick support if needed - both - by email or on site. The lady taking care about the property / guests is really nice and helpful. This place has a good value / price ratio. Hope to be back to Jensen Beach!

Just a two small cones - portable clothes dryer will be helpful, some sunbeds at the pool area need / could be easily repaired (all you need is a couple of bolts / nuts + 30 minutes of time)

location was perfect for beach days and close to nigh life in downtown Jenson

the code did not work to enter, but we were able to reach someone to assist us to get the lock box key, it was 10:30 PM, we were exhausted from the travel day, so we were happy someone was available to help us

Multiple guests get locked out of rooms due to failure, I saw a man and his son the other night after 10pm locked out, the property manager is not good, none of the windows lock. HORRIBLE mold covered by paint, evident by smell and multiple plug in air fresheners, spiders (in pictures).Water smells like sewage. At first, everything seemed to be ok but not too long to find out this place is trash! Never using Lowkl again, should have looked up the company before doing business with these con artists. I would suggest to pay a little more and go elsewhere
