Everything!! Ease in booking, notification of needed documents since this is a non-front desk or management office on the premises. This unit was clean and well equipped with needed items to make our stay comfortable. Great Location! Near downtown Jensen Beach with shops, restaurants, grocery stores and fishing pier. Best of all, you can't bet the pricing for the area. This will be my stay to place every time I'm in the area.

I love it there..

Great location and very clean. Cleaning costs a little high when you need to remove your own trash, clean out fridge and do your own dishes before you leave. Also mattress could use some updating.

The location and price suited our needs.

Attempting to get into the room with the code given was a challenge. Called the number given a couple of times before finally figuring it out. No one was on site to provide assistance.

The apartment was very clean and orderly. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and promptly responded to all my inquiries. There was a great pool along with laundry facilities. It was a keyless entry, so there were no worries about losing a key. My apartment was an end unit. This gave me more windows and a very quiet atmosphere. It was located on the first floor, which was very convenient. I had an assigned parking spot for the entire stay. I really liked this since I never had to search for an open space, no matter what time of day I returned to the apartment.

My apartment was located next to a common courtyard/patio. Other guests enjoyed this space and smoked cigarettes and weed in this area. As a non-smoker, I didn't appreciate this situation. It was also noisy. Fortunately, the smoke didn't enter my apartment.

The grounds were nice . Rooms clean .. All in all great area and stay. Apartments very cozy and well decorated.

The grey couches seem to be getting a little old. They need to change them out for some newer ones..
