I booked Garuda Hotel as it is a 5 star one....I had an exam the very next day.... Even after paying such a huge amount the room doesn't had wifi, carpet , coffee cups, spoon.....I called and asked multiple times and staffs were very much unbothered . Someone came to address the situation after multiple calls and that guy was very much rude... Came to know he was someone from administration.....Very awful experience..My whole mind got disturbed with the situation I was in....Can't even imagine a 5 star hotel can function this way. Very much disappointing..I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.....

The hotel is located in the middle of city and near shops.

Staff were very very freindly we felt like we were part of the family. Specially miss Aswathy she was always make sure we are taking care off. L
