Washrooms are untidy, pathetic, rooms are not clean

I like the ambience. Roof top beverage outlet was nice. Breakfast was awesome. Employees were excellent.

Noise at the roof top beverage outlet. Quite a lot of details are missing in the room and public spaces from HK point of view. Towels and linen are stained and faided.

The linen, pillow covers and bed sheet were not clean Towels were having an odour Stench in the room Breakfast buffet not upto the mark

Was perhaps once a very nice hôtel. But unfortunately it has now become a bit worn. Bellman was super friendly and helpful, really great.

One member of staff in the restaurant was really rude. We asked for just 2 cups of team whilst waiting for our transport. He rudely replied NO! And walked off. No customer focus at all.

Nothing honestly the fact it says 5star abd the way they maintained it, its very disappointing to be even given 1star

Room wasn’t nice the bathrooms were so bad, the towels had stains

Staff were v good and cooperative. Excellent food. Room facilities needs to be improved. A floor mat at the toilet area is a must. Basically house keeping should be little more improved.
