Marala Hotel

Mi estadía fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegué, el servicio fue de primer nivel, con un personal atento y siempre dispuesto a hacer que la experiencia fuera inolvidable. La comida superó todas mis expectativas: cada plato estaba preparado con ingredientes frescos y sabores exquisitos. Los cócteles, sin duda, fueron otro punto fuerte, con mezclas innovadoras y perfectamente equilibradas. El beneficio VIP realmente marca la diferencia, con beneficios exclusivos que hacen que la estadía sea aún más placentera. Sin duda, una experiencia que recomendaría a cualquiera que busque lujo, comodidad y una atención excepcional. ¡Definitivamente volveré! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel had a beautiful view and a good restaurant. Parking was good. The monkeys came to visit during check in. They were all over the place. And Tina, our host, was very nice and helpful.

This hotel is a piece of paradise…the grounds are beautiful and pristine. The food and drinks, top notch, rooms clean and comfortable …but it’s the people who work there that make it even more special. Everyone there was polite, professional and absolutely helpful…one in particular was Tina. She made our stay absolutely wonderful…from booking tours, procuring taxi rides…something as simple as providing us extra towels…because of her we will absolutely return to Costa Rica and book The Marala Hotel.

What a nice stay! We stayed for 3 nights here. The pool is amazing and clean, the rooms are nice and the beds really comfortable. But the part of the hotel is the service. Tina and her team reacted very quickly on our wishes. We can really recommend this stay. Thank you for everything!

The Marala is a lovely little hotel--almost a boutique hotel really--with good service, comfortable facilities, and good food. The problem is that there is constant road noise from the highway below including engine braking from semis. So whether eating dinner in the open-air restaurant, enjoying a drink at the bar, or lounging by the pool, excessive road noise is a constant accompaniment to one's stay. Jake brakes from semis forced us to cease conversation momentarily every time a truck passed by. As a result, I can't recommend this hotel nor will I be staying there again.

A very cute, chic and modern boutique hotel. The hotel itself only has about 11-12 rooms and then they have a lodge a little further down the property. Nice infinity pool & free breakfast every morning was awesome with nice selections as well. You also get a welcome drink upon arrival!

The Marala Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel with incredible views, an amazing restaurant, fantastic bars, and two gorgeous swimming pools. The sunsets are something that you see in movies. The staff was so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay so special. There is a troop of Capuchin monkeys that would come through the property at least once a day to eat fruit from the trees. They were great entertainment. We got to visit a sister property for a day on the beach, called Marenaz Oceanfront Resort, which was lovely, with a nice pool, restaurant and bar. We would definately stay at the Marala again.

We stayed 3 nights. One trash can only in the bathroom was for toilet paper since TP can't be flushed there. Water from the tap came and went. Never offered fresh towels. When we asked for fresh towels they said their dryer was out of service.
